REFUND & RETURN POLICY

The 90-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee We stand behind MOULT. If you're not happy with your brush within 90 days of delivery, contact us at [support@moultbrush.com] for a full refund. In most cases you won't even need to ship the item back.

How to Request a Refund Email [support@moultbrush.com] with your order number and a short note on the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your brush arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Cancellations Need to cancel? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund before the order ships. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment.
